For me, you can tell a guy really loves a girl not by how much he says “I love you,” but by how he treats her on a daily basis. He remembers the little things, checks on her, makes time for her, listens to her, respects her, and is there even when things aren't going well. He doesn't only show affection when everything is good or when he wants something. I think the biggest thing is consistency. Anyone can act sweet at the beginning, but if he still chooses to care, communicate, and be there when things get difficult, that's when you know it's more than just casual. In short, love is more about what you consistently do than what you say.

Accept that it has become a habit and understand what you’re using it for—whether it’s comfort, stress relief, boredom, or simply something you’re used to.

Then, find healthier ways to spend your time. Pick up a new hobby, go to the gym, take walks, spend more time outside, or do anything productive that keeps your mind and body occupied.

Most importantly, don’t expect to change overnight. It’s a habit, so breaking it takes time, discipline, and consistency. If you relapse, don’t beat yourself up—learn from it and keep going.

I think a lot of men struggle with this at some point in their lives, so don’t feel ashamed about it. What matters is recognizing the problem and making an effort to change.

Be true to who you are. Don't let the opinions or judgments of others define your worth. At the end of the day, the life you're living is yours, and the only approval that truly matters is your own.

For me if you have enough savings or someone can support you, go for Internship.
If none go for freelancing or go part time jobs.

Both of ways can show you a real world job experience and projects.

The advantage of internship if they like you get might absorb by the company plus someone who has exp and skill will guide you.

If you have enough skills or real time projects to showcase in your CV, go find a job.

What matter is we never stop learning, small progress still counts. :D
