I don’t want to control the crows. Normally, I just launch them at enemies. If someone doesn’t have Nen, they would never activate the feathers, because they wouldn’t be able to resist the impact. Therefore, they couldn’t fulfill the requirement of someone dying due to the feathers.

From a story perspective, the process of obtaining harpies would be the character’s obsession, so they would be willing to do anything to acquire them.

My idea isn’t to directly control them either — just to have them exist and contribute something on their own. Manipulation is about controlling someone. In this case, since it would just be Nen given form, I think Emission should be enough, with the effects being enhancements to the aura that forms the crows. I was also thinking about interactions between the harpies themselves.

For example, if I just upgraded two crows into Phase 1 harpies (Nen harpies) and both turned out to be Alpha, they would fight each other to establish dominance. If two Betas appear, their effect would be weaker because they don’t have a leader. And then there’s the Omega (the solitary one), who would interact neutrally with the Betas but could weaken against an Alpha that tries to dominate it.

I haven’t fully imagined the Phase 2 harpy powers yet, but 2 hours of Zetsu for a non-combatant character who is obsessed with creating them is a lot.

My idea is to create something that can be guided — but not controlled.

Espectacular...yo creo q la mejor "propaganda" para esas cosas, es hacer pequeños vivos o videos en youtube mostrando como funciona,y tratando de abarcar la mayor cantidad de ambientaciones.
