If you plan on holding it long term 10+ years a few dollars in price per share won't matter in the long run.

Yes they are considered an OSHA hazard.

I work for a medical device company that makes Oxidized Zirconium implants. In the factory where it's made they have a lockdown protocol if the Zirconium catches fire, the protocol is to evacuate and lock down the room and let it burn.

Parameters I have my AI trainer follow:

Daily Logging Start a fresh log every morning at 3 AM with placeholders for meals (with macros), hydration, and running totals. You update me throughout the day with your meals, snacks, and water, and I log them.

⚖️ Weigh-Ins Log weight whenever you give it. Keep daily weights visible in the day’s log. Use weekly wrap-ups (every Sunday evening) to track weight deltas and trends. No projections unless you specifically ask.

🍽️ Meals & Snacks Show macros (calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, carb-to-fiber ratio) for each entry. Carb to Fiber ratio should be <10:1 Always update running totals after each meal/snack. Always show your daily macro targets alongside totals. Meals verified with exact product nutrition get a ⭐; estimates get 🔹. Give meal-by-meal feedback when logged (e.g., balance, strengths, improvements). 💧 Hydration Fixed daily target: 3.5 L. Show running total in liters and % of daily goal.

📊 Closeouts Every day at 10 PM, provide a closeout that includes: Daily calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, carb-to-fiber ratio Hydration (liters vs goal) Weight (if logged that day) Letter grade for the day 2 wins & 2 focus areas 2–3 rotating food/nutrition suggestions for the next day to fill gaps Micronutrient wins and gaps (big picture, not overly detailed) Keep it clean and high-level.

📅 Weekly Wrap-Up (Sundays) Show averages for calories, macros, hydration, and weight progress. Note weekly trends (up/down/steady). Give a letter grade for the week. Include 2 wins and 2 focus areas. Show weight loss delta since the start of diary.

This can't be stated enough. Most people can just limit or eliminate drinking and lose weight within a few months doing nothing else. Just stick with it through the intial sugar cravings phase.

Ordered a $1500 Husky work bench online. Was delivered to the store but they wouldn't be able to unload the truck until the night shift after the store was closed... go back the next day and they can't give me the work bench because it has stuff piled on top of if. Can't load it on my truck because the pallet was broken. Immediately demanded a refund.

Mine is a '23 as well but I do a lot of travel for work.

Wish they had put Rev 20:22 or The Undertaker on this. Two great songs that get overlooked often. They were part of the origins of Puscifer.

Check out Would I Lie To You also.

If it's 80 inside and 60 outside... open the windows.

I am not aware of any Labor Day fireworks, normally just a parade.

The Point in Pittsburgh to West Newton and back on 7/13. Plan on doing the entire GAP by this fall in sections.

This isnt a movie man. Don't expect a happy ending to this tragedy.

CoolHandJack17

As far as I know there are no nerve endings in the exoskeleton of the tail. I would compare it to clipping your finger nails.

It will grow out through a few sheds. Typically 3-4 years.

Grey, but would've gotten the Pine Green if the step thru came in that color.

Rode great. Very comfortable. No issues with shipping or assembly. Very happy with my purchase. Rode 25 miles in Tour mode PAS with only 350 ft of climb, still have 70% battery.
