Hopefully whoever's in charge of price change has the time and activates the new price. Also, it doesn't hurt to take it to a scanner and double check. Unfortunately sometimes we just activate the new price without ticketing it.

They do...usually. Target clearance can be weird sometimes. It can go from 15% or 30% and then immediately to salvage.
As far as timing? Again, it's pretty inconsistent and based on some internal stuff none of us know about.
If there's a lot and it hasn't been on clearance that long? I'd say let it ride for another week.
