If Chinese Manichaeism is included, plus some syncretism that allows for Michael to exist in said cosmology, he should scale to the angels in the Book of Giants.
Stronger than a fire that could burn whole worlds. Possibly meaning planets in the original incarnation of the religion, but probably including Buddhist worlds that are likely at least 3-A in a Chinese context.

I would guess any of the navy paths (US juntas, Hungary, etc.).

International China is more about the evil of pettiness in comparison to others here, but it is a large state where no one is truly happy. Not even its vastly outnumbered ruling faction, the Hong Kong Club, which does not even have true representation in place for the majority of that city, let along the rest of China which has other factions which outnumber it.

How can the navy junta turn CIA?

How does this count at all?

I think that goes to My Female Apprentices Are Future Big Shots.

SCP-5000 in the fanon is an event a Type 7 Kardashev humanity could probably beat due to the Foundation being more limited and not being able to beat even an unknown multiversal being linked to a horrible afterlife.
But Metafoundation often portrays it as an event caused by the Foundation detaching itself from a multiversal constant called Life. It is as of yet unknown what the relationship between these two are, but if the Foundation could trick Life into pursuing and deleting a Type 7 humanity, the latter could easily be beaten.

I believe the Real World in Re:Creators is different from the actual real world and should count as higher dimensional to a degree due to containing higher types of information than worlds below.
However, if you want to assume it is the actual real world, then the normal versions of those feats.

I have similar but not identical ideas. Want to DM me and talk in more detail?

You should probably expect at least some of Jaru's Gaster-related soundtrack motifs being the songs that are uppercase in game files theory to be true/significant, just moderate your expectations going forward. (Don't listen to most YouTube comments if you really want accurate guesses to future Chapters)

I agree, I like the regen too.

Tenna, Lanino, and Elnina from Deltarune should have the ability to manipulate temperature in powerful ways, but the Delta Warriors should be able to take such feats and it's never directly used as an attack. Tenna should be able to manipulate many aspects of his Dark World too, as he made many places of that huge wasteland habitable in the first place with toonforce reality warping.
However, the actual bullet attacks the three do use should be stronger than even that, which is impressive, but they are ultimately disposed of in unimpressive ways.

Deltarune and Homestuck both have different cartridges or game-like sections tied to their narratives and the former was inspired by the latter.
And the SOUL in Deltarune is an alien influence that can manipulate the plot like the exiles in Homestuck, although way way more.

Featherine's powers pale compared to even the lowest of high-tier realms in Dragon Talisman.
Dragon Talisman/Divine Dreamwalkerverse appears to be far stronger than literal overpowered fanfiction or doujin like the Blue and White series.
However, I believe magic does exist in the My Female Apprentices multiverse, and its strongest character should be stronger than even Gu Chensha, and is probably the strongest fictional character in history. https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User:DoFliesCallUsWalks/Chen_Ye_(Transcendent_Singularity)
Although this is another cultivation verse and that is the focus. I can't think of any conventional or unconventional pure magic comparable to any of these, not even DC or Marvel's, which are often insanely strong.

Don't know for sure, but I have no clue why the mysterious downvotes are here.

I agree with everything you said, but the history part.
SPC has different takes and history per author.

The Knight literally summoned a Titan, a dangerous rampaging being, that Ralsei had no clue that they would actually beat, and even then, only with the help of Gerson and the SOUL.
Three makes the most sense to me.

This is also true in Chinese and Korean.
Despite the often contentious history of East Asian countries, words and meanings do get borrowed in transnational otakudom.

The star shooter human warlords were way before the Commonwealth.
And the Transcendence, which ruled the Commonwealth, never fully completed its project of uniting like that.
CouldntBlawk
Unknown, but they can merge with their Nightfighters while being far more grandiose when not interacting with the physical world.
In the later books, it's implied they're not as powerful as a hypothetical max power Transcendence, who would easily beat them and Photino Birds. But seeing as how that state never existed and the Xeelee in later books easily deleted many timelines, which included the incomplete but still incorporeal, immanent, and vastly powerful Transcendence...
I'd guess similarly incorporeal and transcendent.
The Transcendence was falling apart at the end of their titular book and that affected their technology that relied on time travel, but there should be a history where the collective did exist, unless I'm wrong. And the Xeelee deleted that from existence as easily as the galactic warlord eras, and that entity could alter history in and of itself and preserve itself through reality warping that is still lesser than the Xeelee.
So similar, but stronger. I assume the Photino Birds are a mindless version of both that just use dark matter technology to interact with the world because they are mindless and like preying on stars, despite being stronger than the Xeelee and Transcendence.
EDIT: Some have replied here about Xeelee physical bodies and they're absolutely right, and answer the question better than I did. But I assume there's some aspect of them that's different from the Anti-Xeelee being that is non-physical and can interact with the godlike Configuration Space, if not unspecified spaces beyond that as well. I don't fully know, but I would guess the Photino birds have the strongest offscreen powers in that regard of them all and their own version of Config that not even the Xeelee can tamper with.
CouldntBlawk
OMG, I never thought of this.
You did the Angel's work here, even if this could be used as a plot point that does not concern the Knight directly.
CouldntBlawk
Wow, this totally looks like Deltarune meets old tabletop minis artstyle, amazing

She is likely hiding something, but I have severe doubts about any of the Holidays being the Knight.
The Knight attacking Flowery when Carol's indirect introduction in Chapter 1 asked Asgore to sell some flowers is, to me, a sign that the Knight is not Carol. It is unlikely that Carol would attack someone who cannot hurt her and could potentially be a perfectly good flower in the Light World in Asgore's shop. I can believe that she is in on a plan with a violent being, but her doing that directly would conflict too much with her defining characteristics since Chapter 1.
Like with the Knight being Noelle, because there's already a Weird Route for her with a decreased focus on the Knight and Noelle says she would never even donate Tenna, much less hurt him.
And I don't believe Rudy would be in on anything like making a Dark World a long time ago, although I could be completely wrong. He is linked to Carol in being her husband and supporting Asgore's investigation, although someone, unknown who, wanted to sabotage it. I know it could be Carol, somewhat lying to Rudy. So the two might not be as close as they seem, but I think the two are still thematically linked enough to where Noelle's assumption at the end of Chapter 2 that her father has never been in a Dark World is probably right.
Despite the antlers, for now, I do not believe in Holiday Knight. Kind of believe Knight is an Everyman-like being, and I see that you have Non-Lightner Knight. There are problems with this and how Susie's and Ralsei's theories even work with this, but so far, it fits with King respecting the Knight more than any other theory.
However, I say emotionally prepare for a Holiday-related conspiracy that might not paint the family in the best light, but hope for the best.
Deltarune relies on the Knight and how various characters are all below it, but still pretty strong, with Flowery being faster and stronger than the Queen's mech that should be at least two times lightspeed because the Thrash Machine can be lightspeed with the laser add-on.
Lord English is the strongest in the original Homestuck, much like Gu Chensha in Dragon Talisman and the Divine Dreamwalker multiverse as a whole.
Xeelee Sequence characters are all below Photino Birds other than the Monads.
Orion's Arm intelligence feats rely on scattered quotes about transapients, and attack power relies on distant alien megastructures.
