Maybe it's a skill-issue. But if I'm not careful I can go from Saffron (my main base) to Vermillion (my port town) travel to Cinnabar (my furthest base usually) back to Viridian (or whatever) and forget which name I had to use to start the chain.

I do this. But it can get a little confusing if the naming is off. I just use the names of the towns from pokemon to help a little.

And God help you if you portal from to another without getting back to base first

It does feel so wrong... but downloading a browser JUST for certain websites is garbage.

What I can add is that ladder and ots are very different beasts. Catching someone off-guard in closed-team-sheet has its value. Wacky combos out there for everyone to experience first hand.

Anything top 20 or 50 should flow under the radar. The cheaters that fly towards the sun are the ones who are caught.
