Quests give quite a lot up through the 60s and 70s.

You can turn in fossils from fossil island for xp lamps at the museum, up to 120k

You can also turn in the salvage artifacts for 5k, 10k, and 15k xp lamps at the museum

Tons of quests have xp lamps you get by talking to someone after

Achievement diaries just look for lamps get the genies do lots of lamps
