Yeah, you need plenty of time to make sure. I usually buy the GCs about 30-45 days before final payment day. That way I have time to get the GCs, and email the special account. It takes then 1-2 weeks to process. If there is a mistake, it could take another 1-2 weeks. So you want to have a buffer of time in there just in case, or they will charge your card for the final payment and you will have GCs you have to sit on until the next cruise.

I've done the AARP deal on every RC cruse I've taken. It's a bit of a pain, but 10% is 10% and really, I have it down to a process.

I'm wondering this too. I've only just started going down this path of research. Clenching, sore jaw and teeth when I wake up. I go through bouts of needing to clear my throat and now recently I have this regularly occuring very mild sore throat. I am thinking it's connected and considering trying a low acid diet.

I did a sleep study. Cost me $2000 out of pocket, after insurance. It told me I didn't have sleep apnea. The sleep doctor had no concerns. I asked about the headaches and he said, talk to your primary about a referral to a neuro.

Great that was $2k, not well spent.

Any luck? Did you find someone to see that you liked? St Louisan here too and I'm afraid to go to a place that advertises TMD specialty only to have them push a $6000 treatment plan on me that accomplishes nothing.
