I know some Drake fans don’t like the Clipper, but it feels like the kind of ship my character would start with.

GTAs haven’t been that hard overall. Just certain missions had bad mechanics.

But also, the trailer isn’t going to tell us anything. Lucia repeatedly getting the shot kicked out of her via montage wouldn’t make a very good trailer.

I’ve never seen a trailer where it features a main character looking like anything less than a hero.

And yet we lost nothing in the process of these delays and will get a better game.

That’s on thing I loved about RDR2. If you waited to long after a fight looting, you were gonna have a whole lot of problems with the law.

I’m imagining something more RDR2 than GTA IV or GTA 3. It will be a short bit of time just to get us used to any new mechanics and establish our characters and the setting.

It is confirmed we will be locked to the Leonida Keys– well shit I just thought of something. How will they lock us to the keys when boats exist. Maybe an aggressive coast guard that will show off new police AI?

We desperately need viable solo ships with the ability for a second person to do something meaningful with functioning co pilot controls. Essentially a smaller take on the Connie Mk V.

I feel there’s a huge gap between ships that are clearly for one person that goes almost exclusively to needing 3-5 people to fully man. I’m hopeful a gold standard cutlass helps solve this, because that’s a ship that’s perfect for 2 people if there was just a bit more to do, additional features, abd a better use of space.

We need that med bed fix on head tracking (Track IR)

My small arms lockers had ammo in then onboard. We had 2 minute and 5 minute response times so it paid to have them together.

I do. But my other throttle is a VIB space throttle for Elite Dangerous, Star Citizen, etc.

The Virpil and WinWing are redundant. And the throttle base buttons were a bit in the way and under utilized.

Nice. Enjoy it. I have owned 2 virpil throttles (no breaking, just upgrades) and they’ve held up well. The only reason I got rid of my latest is a gap in Virpil product offering around interchangeable grips and buttonless bases.

The rest of my kit remains Virpil still because it’s such high quality.

Simple de-buff: if a ship starts cold, you only get 3-4 pips. As the ship warms up you get more. Same with any equipment: You can't give full pips after starting it.

You didn’t read the game manual for gta 2? They talked about the next step was full 3d.

Typically it was telegraph lines established first, then electricity was strung because the telegraph lines already existed. They followed railroad tracks because train stations were guaranteed to have people to receive and they pass along messages, plus having the right of way to build the poles to carry the lines.

maybe the solution is to give snubs insanely high speeds of like 700-800 m/s and it can be offset by the fact that snubs can’t take hits or quantum boost.

It would make it more like a tie fighter (against people that don’t have plot armor). Dangerous in swarms, quick on it’s feet, but can’t take the hits.

The corsain and mk IV have the same problem: they came out before ship design was really dialed in.

We really need branded coveralls and flight suits for rep gains with factions. And it would be awesome if you got additional rep gain for completing missions while wearing them.

Maybe Jason was on the legit side of the boat business until Lucia needed help to get out, like financial help for a lawyer. Just random speculation.
