I had the same thing happen to me a few years ago when I flew to a wedding in Hawaii. I got food poisoning from Taco Bell and my RHR was over 100 for a few days. My wife packed up everything for us (6 month old baby included) and I managed to make it through the airport. Spent the first day and a half in Hawaii holed up in the bed until it passed. Very rough; wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

You must not understand the concept of NEW novel job creation. You really think that ai will disrupt the job market so badly that we’ll be back to the Stone Age? What about factories that build cars or other products with 1/10th the human labor as before? When that happened, people got different jobs in different sectors.
