I would totally just buy the charts for the colorwork portion!!

Really,  Carl,  you know how I feel about kitten mittens....

Have you looked into possibly doing military service? With a degree you could enlist as an officer and jump right into a computer science position. After your 3 years, you would gave preferential hiring for government jobs as a veteran, not to mention a TS clearance. Having that experience and TS clearance would be make you very desirable for private sector jobs as well.

Something to consider!

Federal jobs are extremely competitive, especially ladder positions. You are applying against many many other people that already have experience, a clearance, or both.

Okay

I have never heard anyone else pronounce it. I do not know anyone else that knits irl. I also just don't think it's important enough to split hairs over.

Crysee

I have three sets and use one of them every day.... I can neither spell or pronounce it correctly....

Jenys surprisingly stretchy bind off hasn't failed me yet

No you're most likely on a scam or old URL. check the Wikipedia page for the current domains. I just checked a legit one and all download types are available

The looks awesome!

Crysee

Neither

My command uses technical SMEs and their supervisors for panel interviews! I did not realize this was not the norm.

i considered myself an intermediate knitter until i tried my first center cast on for this hat. Even when I get the cast on done,  my stitches seem either too loose for DPNS or too tight for magic loop.  I'm giving it another try tonight,  ill try this method. Thanks!

It's the Whitmoor Cardigan. The pattern was great and very easy to follow; this way only my second lace pattern I've done. Took me 7 weeks to the day to complete.

I am going to go get them in a few hours! I was thinking maybe something pearlescent?

Crysee

Thanks! She's very cute, unfortunately her name is less cute: Booger....we named her before we planned to keep her 😅

Crysee

Thank you! Its the most ambitious thing I've knit yet. I will be putting on the buttons today, and it will be ready to wear to work tomorrow.

Crysee

Go for it! I am doing an afterthought pocket on my current cartigan.

Crysee

I don't know... but I really feel like a piece called "the travelers cartigan" should, at the least, have two pockets...

Crysee

Great gift!

Crysee

Great color choices! Can't wait to see it finished

Crysee

Awesome work!!

Crysee

Correct. Usually it is a degree or applicable experience.
