Yes that’s true. I can’t imagine there are many people still on a <100Mbps plan that only have a coax cable coming off of their ONT.
CubanlinkEnJ
Wait, what?? What was the code name?
CubanlinkEnJ
Wouldn’t
CubanlinkEnJ
Like you said in your original post, the coax from the ONT is split to your router and to your coax network in your house. I haven’t been upgraded to VIP yet, but from what I read on here, the coax connection between the ONT becomes inactive and your STB is now getting IP packets via your router’s MoCA port for the channels, guide, etc.
You can try removing the coax from the ONT, remove the splitter, and replace it with a coax union so you only have a coax connection between your router and your house coax, otherwise leave it as is.

Nothing worse than holding on to it and trying to hide it with a hat or some shit…because at some point you have to take the hat off or you end up like Memph Bleek lol. Cut it off, work on your health and physique, and go live your life…end of story.

Great feature to lure people away from Amazon, but there’s no way that’s sustainable.

It’s the equivalent of having $1 million and spending $1000…it’s nothing, and look at the influence he can obtain from that. This is going to end up really bad for everyone.
CubanlinkEnJ
Ahhh that was Cap? I thought that was Big Daddy Kane or some shit loll
CubanlinkEnJ
Can I also be your child??

Personally, I’d only go if there was a paid option for a meet-and-greet.

My gut feeling is that the more popular Home Assistant becomes, the more companies will threaten to sue and block developers from integrating their products into HA. The main reason I’m using HA is to cut down on all the different apps I have to use to control my devices, but I’m sure the manufacturers only want us using their own official apps 👎

This shit is actually really funny lmao. The fuckin Lugz had me dying 🤣

You’re not running ANYWHERE in those tight ass jeans lol

That’s a lot of questions lol. The point is I felt like I was being ripped off after being a customer for years and getting two hefty price increases in less than 12 months for the same service and speed…from $65, to $84, and then $102. Maybe I’m a jerk, but there was nothing they could do to keep me as a customer at that point.

Tell them to call to cancel and they’ll be sent over to the retention dept. Years ago when I did it, my bill was $102/month for Internet only, which was a total rip, and they offered to double my speed and reduce the bill to $40/month with a two-year guarantee. I still cancelled and went to Fios anyway out of spite 🤷♂️

There prob is, but idk off the top of my head. The Green has 32GB of storage and 4GB of ram, which is the exact allocation I was using with my VM and everything runs smoothly. My project is around 16k lines of code and I have around 20 automations running and my green is using 1.7GB of ram and 12.5GB of storage, but the system is taking up 11.2GB of that by itself, so the project and backups are using very little.

Damn that comes out to be $392 US…no way. I paid $220 on Amazon and the seller was Nabu Casa; I literally could not find it anywhere else. It’s way overpriced for what it is, but it works great and I’m happy that my HA is on its own device now.
