it’s bc the mole still takes damage from the hammer, so if it was predamaged from like a catcoon or previous hammer swings, it’ll just die. i agree, it’s so annoying

yeah once you hit a certain point in the game gold is so much easier to come by via pig king <- egg <- birdcage <- literally any source of meat, and then once you’re able to make scaled furnaces you can keep the new thermic tools for any tool needs around base infinitely

i think what makes warly’s lack of skill tree even more bewildering is that he has basically been untouched since he was added in the game over SEVEN years ago. he missed out on the character refreshes back then bc he was just added during that cycle. don’t get me wrong i’m a warly main and love his gameplay loop for the most part, tho i do need to rely on the warly memory client mod to keep up with his gimmick, but like cmon, could we at least let him make something with nightberries and dried fire nettles so he’s not left out?

this is why i play with winter’s feast always on, if i wanna take a break from gardening i can just easily wrap everything up to save for later
