Rivian has had issues in the past with updates. It would make sense that they wouldn’t want to take a WORKING loaner and potentially cause an issue. Then, once they get it back and service/clean it they can update anything needed.

Nice. Mine has been in service for a few weeks so I’ll experience it someday. It’s not available on their loaner, though maybe they have it set up not to send out updates to their loaner fleet.
