For what OP wants to do, any desktop with a 3090 or better can accomplish. Any Apple computer can do this, any “Gaming” laptop will be fine.

He also doesn’t add that you are limited to which hotels you can stay at. As a foreigner, you can’t stay at many hotels. This is NOT an average hotel.

I’m far from an enlightened centrist and the polar opposite of a racist. I’m not sure what you are looking for in a response. It’s quite easy to be an independent and not a liberal. I’ve voted for every at one point or another. If that hurts your feelings well congrats, you are exactly what the GOP whines about.

I feel there is a place for moderates everywhere, in all parties, and in their own party or whatever.
