I have a degree in e-commerce through business administration. Honestly, I would try applying for either a field engineer or a project engineer position (whichever is the lower title). When I started, it was during Covid and I started at a small GC as a project engineer. Two years later and I got hired at a large deep foundations contractor as a project engineer and then promoted three years later to project manager.
It will really depend on where you are located and exactly what type of work you will want to go into, the deep foundations industry is a lot more specialized so my experience was that they didn’t require the “typical civil engineer curriculum”.
Happy to answer any more questions if you want to DM me.

I agree. I’m not big on starbuzz flavors but I enjoyed going to the lounge and would go back.

The hookah that I have used for the last year or so has been the mini zahrah. It costs about $80 or so and it smokes much better than the oduman. Glass hookahs are risky because they break easy and personally I don’t like the way they smoke.

I have the V1 by the way. Can’t say much about the V2 however I would assume some of the pros and cons are the same.

I have the oduman micro. It’s a good little hookah but it definitely has its major drawbacks to it.
The “lid” of the micro just rests on top of the base so it is very easy to tip over or spill with the hose connected to it.
There’s no ash tray.
Most mid size to large bowls will be too heavy to comfortably use without knocking it over.
Due to the size, if you purge too hard then you will flood your bowl.
Honestly for the price I’d consider either getting a Mya (if they’re still decent) but I haven’t used one in a while, or the preferred option would be a zahrah mini.

Works for me too. Good looking out!

Graduated in 2020 with a TOM degree. In my opinion the program is really good especially when it comes to hosting networking events that can help you find internships and careers after.
The professors can be hit or miss, like most majors. If you’re willing to do the work and ask questions/ go to office hours then you really shouldn’t have too many problems with any of the professors except for a select few.
The ratings are low because of a few reasons. Either you’re looking at one of the few professors that really doesn’t care how their students do or you’re looking at a professor who teaches a hard class. Just keep in mind that the people most likely to make a rating are also the people who are upset at a professor.
The TOM department chair, Dr. He, is a great man who offers as much help as he can to the people who are willing to take the time and use it so I highly recommend trying to introduce yourself to him and he will set you on a good path.
Good luck and feel free to DM me if you have anything else you may need.

Same. I had mine for a solid 3 years and probably 35,000 miles before my transmission blew taking it out with it. When I get it running again that’ll be a for sure add on.

What wheels and specs are you running?

Same issue. Ended up using my other card and after the first month I’m going to call and have it switched.

Here is a website for OEM Nissan parts.

Maybe I’ll try again. I tried for a month or so and nobody would budge for me.
Which service center did you go to?

I have the same issue on my 2021 model 3 with 16k miles. I have taken it to a service center before and they won’t do anything for me and blame it on rock chips. If you’re able to get anywhere with them please let me know as it is the most frustrating part of owning this car.
