In France you usually pay for a current account. And you pay extra for "perks" like a debit card. it's around 5 euros/month, so not loads but enough to be irritating (especially when the service is not any better)

I was wondering, do Indian people like to use triple dots a lot ? It seems so frequent (also professionally) that I'm wondering if it has the meaning I attach to them (i.e. some sort of suspension, like an unfinished sentence)
