I think he responded appropriately. I do think they had a different relationship off camera but her drinking turned him off which made him pull away. I think she is authentically true to who she is and she doesn’t care how it’s interpreted while he wants to hold a certain persona and it’s backfired

How do you manage with caffeine?

Yes! I have insulin resistance pcos . While I do have an abundance of small cyst . The fatigue is one of the worst symptoms for me . It can be managed by oral contraceptives , vitamin d and b12 apparently but I cannot take birth controls due to a protein s deficiency.

Also consider the adrenal , thyroid and cortisol issues. I personally have been so tired and have went to lay down and my body released cortisol that kept me awake for two days straight even with “sleep pills”.

If I could go back I would tell myself that - I’m so proud of you for advocating for yourself when others gave up or didn’t believe you

Everyone doesn’t have good intentions. It’s ok to have bad days and just because you are vocal about your pain or experiences doesn’t mean that you complain too much or “play the victim”.

One thing I cannot stand is for others without MS to compare their symptom’s to mine. Don’t let anyone tell you how to feel and you will lose friends and family along the way.
