Without a doubt I do have insulin resistance to some extent. But when I took the blood test I am still nearly 50 pounds too heavy.

So my goal is to lose the fat and keep some muscle at 50 pounds lower. But in order to keep the muscle I need to supply some carbs so my body doesn’t end up using protein as the fuel source and sabotaging my keto attempt.

How long have u been in keto?

How many days should I be in a keto diet? How do I wean in carbs slowly?

My opinion specifically is that the bar for what constitutes a pay driver is also rising. This probably also means that most drivers in today's grid would have been world-class drivers back in the 70s and 80s.

Which also could mean that we will see even better drivers in the future. Who knows, maybe there's many Verstappens out there just waiting for the right opportunity?

There's a growing trend, with Doohan's replacement, of giving newcomers a smaller window to produce results or give sponsorship money. They do it because they can get away with it, which they kind of can now. This seems like it's another evolution of the increased talent pool in F1, compared to times like the 70s and the 80s.

It’s ok. The first step is to forgive yourself and move forward by bettering yourself. You trusted your friend and she did not respect that trust. Whether she was manipulated into saying it or she said it herself, that only she knows. But she did not think of the pain it would cause you. She did not feel the hurt her actions might cause.

I know this sounds tough, but for the sake of others like you, you have to let her go after telling her how it hurt you.
