Unless you’re majorly above the asking it’s unlikely the valuation comes in low. And if it does and you can’t make up the difference then, you can pull out then. Get yourself a decision in principle from your mortgage provider, which shows how much a lender will provide you up to. Sounds like the estate agent is trying to put you off so they may have someone else in mind for the property.

I came here to recommend Bert’s. I’ve had one and it was great.

I wouldn’t class there anywhere close to fine dining. Closer to the exchange / Bentley of which there are plenty of alternatives

These are unreal

Hopefully (and most importantly) the covid effects on the players is minimal.

Any players who tested positive before Brentford was postponed should be available for selection against Newcastle. Even a few days after Brentford they’ll still be avail.

They have a diagram, when I built mine I held my default ps5 controller and matched it up with where my hands sit whilst playing as best I could and it worked out pretty well. I used medium (I think - the highest up the controller towards triggers) and busters. I play r1/l1 shoot so this was better for me than standard / low

Did you notice where they were landing? At the minute there’s an event in warzone with missiles flying overhead, that could have been the noise you heard at least. Though I haven’t noticed it on rebirth to be honest so who knows

JukeyZ uses one too

That was only one specific blueprint wasn’t it? It was a “glitch”. Got patched fairly quickly

I think it’s been closed since the beginning of season 6. Not 100% sure but I seen someone on YouTube, possibly inkslasher, say it wasn’t opening anymore

I think it’s gone up a level now that ole is the manager. Gary Neville and the other former players all have their mates back

Monday on fox. 9pm I believe

I personally like the iron sights on the standard m4. There is another set of irons, that some people prefer, on the blueprints of the m4

Same thing happened to me by the bus crossing from north of stadium to farmland

Let’s go

I feel stretford paddock have gone very clickbaity

You saying he’s available on a free? /s

Is it true? Can you link your source?

Yeah noticed the French ones and the globlerone tees. And the tri tex hoody

Quick Edit: probably dropping next week?

Gaitan 5 I believe. After our legendary signing

Can really hear the Neil custis influence here. Talksport taking uniteds side.

Edit: here not hear

Think most people are only interested in posting videos of their own. Shame really.

Some walk out all the same

The only way the glazers care about a walk out is when it effects revenue. Sorry for being negative but this won’t make the slightest bit of difference.

Whilst this is true, it feels like under ole we’ve genuinely started a rebuild. The rest of the managers all bought very short term signings, matic, schweinstieger, fellaini etc. This is the first signing I’d say of oles which is short term and it really is short term, literally 6 months and minimal risk.
