You could definitely do this. But I think this one is fake.

It is like you said: if you opt for the annuity, it adds up to 2 billion. But if you take the lump sum now, they discount it back to present value.

That’s exactly what median is supposed to correct for, though. I think you’re thinking mean/average where one crazy high outlier can pull up the average for an entire group.

Median is a much better representation of what the most “normal” person makes.

The real problem is that all those stats are usually only taken “of people who are working”. So if labor force participation rate is a lot lower for women then both “women make 78% of what men make” and “women make 11% of the money” can both be true because the 78% only counts people who are working. (Labor force participation rate would have to be way way different—definitely more so that it is in the United States so I suspect of these numbers are accurate, they’re international.)

He does. It’s a public university. If a club has invited him then the university (a government entity) stepping in on ideological grounds would be a textbook first amendment issue.

It’s not going to stop the prop like a brake. It’ll just stop supplying power to the prop and the water will stop it. Probably pretty quickly. But I still wouldn’t want to help stop the prop with my body.

Your Google analytics property has a referral exclusion list. It’s a list of domains that someone decided they didn’t want to count as referrals. Both UA and GA4 have it. Check to make sure the domain you’re interested in isn’t on that list.

If it’s not, the next thing to check would be bad redirects between the referring site and you. For example, crossing in and out of https.
