Lets be fr you don't even need 100 years if you dont have ethical constraints. In TLM they literally have weapons of mass destruction enough to wipe out a medium sized city that was built in secret. If I can, in broad daylight (because I have 1000 Lerasium Mistborn on my side and that by itself would be more than enough to conquer Scadrial as of TLM), mass produce ICBMs, no one could stop me from just fucking carpet bombing the rest of the cosmere.
