That's a good point, we do only have a few 2 handed clubs! And, I must admit, the idea of swinging a giant jack o'lantern hammer is very appealing! I can't wait for Rot and Ruin to come to ps5, i'm building a small base near the woodpile today in preparation for it. That and expanding my zipline network are my current goals. Hope you are well!

I had an idea for two Halloween weapons: The Pumpedkin Pounder, and the Stranger Variant; The Jacked o' Lantern.

My original thought was to have them as fist weapons, but they could also be hammer type weapons.

I found a jar of Passion Fruit Honey Puree at an asian market. Brand is "Sarasong" or something spelled very similarly, and it's a korean product. It has actual fruit and seeds in it and the taste is strong but very sweet.

Last time i was at BJ's they had Passion Fruit Nectar under the brandname "Sunberry Farms". 20% juice i think it was.

Trader Joes had frozen seedless passion fruit puree last time i was there. Comes in cubes in a bag. Good flavor, but i like to crunch the seeds. They also sometimes have passionfruit rounds/fruit snacks. Made with passionfruit and apple juice, and has passionfruit seeds in it.

I only learned about Tsunami Bomb through the ps2 game Disgaea and then became a fan. Love their stuff though, honestly so many awesome songs! Hope you are well and can find an answer!

Tsunami Bomb has a female vocalist, punk sound, and some of their songs have violent lyrics. Examples of their sound: My Machete, Dawn on a funeral Day, Invasion from Within, 20 going on..., Being Alright, I bought you.

Could also be by "The Bombpops" but I'm less familiar with their music. Only song i've really listened to by them at the moment is Outta Hand.

That could also be it. I have a mental image of it being the quote above the start of one of the chapters but not which chapter or novel. Unfortunately one of my Cain omnibus' were destroyed and the other one stolen, so i have no way of checking or re-reading currently.

I think that was from one of the Cain novels, but it could also be from the Gaunt's Ghosts series.

I feel like the elevator with a floor should be the upgrade/2nd tier since it could work with buggies, whereas the rope pulley loop should be the basic/tier 1 since it would be player only.

I was thinking about this the other day, you could set up 2 aphid wheels (like on the top of the zipp.r) in vertical column with space between and put a loop of knotted rope around them, so when the aphids run, the rope moves around the two wheels. Then when you want to move up or down, you just grab the rope moving in the desired direction and it pulls you up or down.

Fun cosmetics are always welcome, I just hope that there are functional upgrades too!

Like how customizing your sca.b and omni-tool is both cosmetic and functional.

I also hope the buggy customization isn't just cosmetic. I would love to see a "headlight" for the buggies as well as a gas mask, armor, and different/upgradeable saddles.

Early game I also wasn't looting them for a bit because i already had so much silk. Everywhere i went, it's was just all spiders all the time. I didn't realize i had to loot the bodies to get gold cards until I saw the text saying had picked one up, but by then I was much further in the game. Still, i've been looting them since around 300 kills and no card yet. It'll drop eventually, weirdly; i've had pretty good luck with some of the harder enemies, currently at 51 gold cards overall. Missing 2 koi and the bird, which are all auto-gold cards, so 54 once i find them. Still, i think i am taking a break until they release an update, i don't want to burn out on such a great game.

Excellent points! Higher attack speed giving a higher quantity of heals may very well be better than slower stronger heals from different armor, it's all about personal preference and playstyle. That's one of the things i love about these games, there isn't really an "optimal" set up, it's about what you like and how you play!

I'm glad to hear the Sandy Blossom does increase lifesteal healing, i wonder if they will add a meal with a similar effect at some point that would buff it further.

Have you found the vampiric sickles yet? I don't recall their name, but i think they heal 10% of your hp on kill. You could try swapping to those for the final few hits, then swap back to the tiger mosquito for combat.

I haven't tried Fellfeast yet, i tend to stck to stuff i can use with the shield since I still struggle with perfect block timing. My go to is the Dozer set since it makes perfect blocking easier. I have to run for now, but it's been fun chatting;hope you are well!

Thank you for confirming that tap shots count for the bow mutation! I hope the devs are able to address this bug as charge shots are pretty vital for bow builds. Granted, there is a workaround so it isn't super pressing. I really enjoy this game, beta bugs and all. Can't wait for the next update!

I also think it will, but until i can farm more cactus flowers; i can't test it myself. If the devs are going to add more petal types (rose, tulip, etc. and i don't know that they are so I'm speculating) I hope they give us a way to grow them at home. Like a mini-flower pot would be helpful. Speaking of roses, i hope they implement something with the rose bushes where you can harvest the thorns and fruit from them.

Hope you are well! And please, if you have time, let me know if the Sandy Blossom buffs healing from lifesteal. Also, if lifesteal is based on damage, like X% of damage dealt is returned as health, the toebiter set could be an option as it buffs sword damage. I'm not sure how the mechanic works in Grounded 2, but depending how it's coded, more damage per swing could be the key to better healing from lifesteal.

Zip lines are still good for non-pts linked locations. For example, i have a zipline from the pumpkin patch ranger station to the top of a nearby light, then from there to the entrance of the scarecrow. Saves me from having to deal with all the nonsense and waste my timed loot buffs traversing the environment when I'm trying to get earwig pincers.

The Sandy Blossom Slushie says it increases healing, so it may buff the lifesteal healing effect as well. I haven't tested it myself, but it might work to complement your build.

I think you are correct! It always seems to be the first item in my inventory. I now keep all my gear on hotpouch slots and check them before i leave my base.
