I often go lower in Hz and restart my pc (somehow works too to get the screen on and off again) and I have done this for years. My first screen displayed this problem back in 2021 and 5 years later still at it. Still surprisingly working with that flaw

Windows settings. Display and than the affecting display. There you change the hz. (Maybe in the display menu itself too)

I lowered the HZ and that works for me

I got disconnected too. It was the league client tbh.

No internet issues. Just a little buggy client.

I got first removed from party. But after rejoining. I got kicked from lobby with the warning of no connection (when there clearly was a connection)
