Yes, and according to their investor deck and my communication with management, they can now turn from damage control to building the company.

That sounds like a much smarter approach than what i did in this case. I am in the food business and liked the company, so bought in. It has been a long two year wait for them to get on track, but their recent financials suggest they are early on a growth curve.
