Works great on proton. I don't use curseforge but battlenet and wow itself work absolutely fine on Linux. 

Can you just use the remove functionality from the blueprint? You lose I think 1/2 the materials but you can destroy stuff whenever.

I've never crafted myself a single high end item. that part of the game is just not for me. I want it to be, but it just feels like too high barrier of entry. 

I feel like people are driven to buy the mtx of their OWN builds more than their friends.

I see your argument and it needs to be taken into consideration, but I feel like unless it can be validated that it will reduce a drop in sales, this should be a technical decision and not a product one.

But as someone in the development industry, product tends to always win.

If you can, try to wait until some go on sale. Stash tans frequently go on sale. 

Look at using a tool like checkov or something which allows you to define rules, and then you feed the plan to checkov and it will assess. 

Something like this imo is the best way to have good safety guardrails on your Terraform. 

Block things like SG 0.0.0.0, enforce logging on ALBs, etc etc.
