Sure for your own shit if you want, but need to cover your ass when doing it with customers bikes. Has a torque rating for a reason, may as well use it.

This being said, the subreddit was smaller and in general mobile gaming was more niche, so happy to revisit if lots of people/the other mods want.

I worked at Decathlon for a bit and my god it was shocking how they would assemble bikes. Our manager never touched a torque wrench.

Make sure to be very careful with tolerances. I have the exact same bike and with 25mm tyres the max I could get away with was C17.
