Some tips: *Pavers get materials added to them after you connect the zone to the network, don't give materials to pavers that are not connected. *Pavers will occasionally be completed by other people if you're online. *I 100%d the first game and I never had to give repair materials to pavers. Either people online did it or they degrade too slowly for it to affect you. *The best way to gain materials is to 5 star the big facilities as far as I know. There’s also standard orders that involve carrying materials that you will be able to use after you complete the order.
