Don’t be ashamed of being on your parents plan - I am too. Tried to kick myself off and my dad looked at my like I was nuts because they pay for all of us what I’d pay for myself if I got a new plan.

I put mine in a cooler with ice and just made sure to ditch any water in the hand then the result of melting before I went through security. I would allow 15 to 30 minutes extra depending on which airports you are flying through. Any Beig used exclusively for a pump is also an exempt item.

The whole week? I’d say Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Christmas if theyd normally be working that day of the week

Can they put the crib where the bassinet currently is?

Is there a pack and play available to use elsewhere? Why is the crib not an option?

Word of caution, one pizza oven will not keep up with 60 people in a way that lets them all eat at the same time. You would likely need them to either par bake them ahead of time - but even still, you’d be getting 1-3 in there at a time. I’d recommend either using the oven for happy hour/a welcome party or not at all. At the very least, have them also provide substantial dishes that don’t require the oven and can be kept warm in chafing dishes.
