That rough spot on the bottom of his thigh was actually face up, so adding supports there wouldn't matter..... But I'll try the drying.

Nono, don’t just up the infill. He’s saying that the filament settings are wrong. What filament are you using and what temperature are you printing? PLA does well around 210-220C. If you’re printing at 250, this could be the culprit
