Я бы не сказал что готовые как-то затормозят развитие, если планируете развиваться. Например взять J-Pop - такое сложно самому подобрать без подготовки, и их интересно разбирать. Да и вообще есть люди которые делают классную музыку на 100% из семплов и кусков, важно настроение и интересные идеи.

Подробнее про инструменты не могу, потому что не делаю эти стили, рекомендую поискать на ютубе "making *** beat in FL studio tutorial" и посмотреть что там используют. Таких видео очень много.

3 - Кончно стоит. Обучение чему-то новому это отличная тренировка для мозга. Даже если ваши треки никто не слушает.

Мне кажется что теория помогает всегда. Это не значит что надо все бросить и только теорию изучать целый год. Просто нужно прочитать и понять некоторую базу, а дальше пытаться анализировать что происходит в гармонии и почему она работает. Важно еще слушать разную музыку, не вариться в своем бульоне.

i remember i was doing L4s in battleship and it was fun to "solve" missions, but i lasted maybe only few weeks. could not make burners, and regular missions became boring, even wallet did not help. the ship is probably covered with dust now.

i remember in 2011 i played WOW as solo player just fine, because there were different detailed locations, different mobs (not triangles in overview), fights on battleground were making more sense because i could see those healers/knights/etc... likely visual side is more appealing, right?

before that i remember i played Lineage2 in 2006, and while visually it was nice but repetitive (grind), i was more social there, and i Loved that characters were associated with real people. not names in chat, not "ships are ammo" but it visualized my party friends.

in FPS i more liked to create maps, though i liked the drive of QuakeLive. at the time i was playing it i was getting rustier and could not compete so fun vs disappointment was unbalanced).

but again, in earlier days i stuck at some CS2 server and we had some constant players there, i remember their names even now. it was even without voice chat, just stuck around nicknames i knew.
