Regarding the Dark Hallow; my understanding is that it can draw outside life force, and but its not a direct battle of wills like a banishment, it takes the power/knowledge from those caught in it, and the vacuum left after its use kills others that werent caught in a massive radius.

It becomes a rite of accession on Halloween because those that werent vulnerable before, now are on that night. And the concentrations of power in an immortal are naturally higher than the rest of mortal kind.

BUT, what if that wasnt what it was meant for and Bob was the missing element there? Before Bob it was a spell that could gather the accumulated knowledge and remaining strength of spirits of the fallen, and then blast a massive area with a massive dose of negative energy.

Id suggest in the case of a pregnant planeswalkers, theres gonna be some math between where the child was when growing vs their parental line. 8months on the material plane and a birth in the astra realm is very different from 8months in the astra realm and birth on the fire plane.

Your character learned it at the specific level break. The fact you havnt found a creative use for a “fuck you” circle with a 20ft diameter is on you. But that also means not only are you not reading your current spells it sounds like you dont even read your old spells.
