Maybe we should decline the penalty, NFL style.

You make it sound like she's the only finalist who put in the work to hone their craft.
Dorkside
That sounds nice, but they have the fourth lowest attendance in the majors this year so it's not exactly true.

I think part of it is just the gang getting older.
They're messing around the same way they did at the start of the show when they were in their late 20s and now that they're pushing 50 it just hits differently.
Trailer Park Boys has the same issue.

In the cold open it was funny since it would totally be in Mrs Mac's character to do something that horrid. But the repeated mentions it just wore on.
I have to disagree a bit on that as it did feel out of character to me as Mrs. Mac always seems too indifferent to Mac to go to the effort to mess with him like that.

For the last season, the show's overall audience average was just 1,500 viewers, with more than half of all games averaging fewer than 1,000 viewers, according to Sportsnet
I know Redditors love outrage, especially towards a company like Rogers, but if those numbers are accurate then it's kinda hard to blame SportsNet for this decision.

OP should've just stuck to finding the 100th way of the week to post about about how old LeBron is as that seems to be what this sub craves.

I'm guessing you haven't watched The Morning Show?

It seems shocking that a show like this will have two seasons release less than a year apart. Great to see.

I'd love to see Disney do something with the Prydain Chronicles so a straight up adaptation of the books rather than a Cauldron remake would be ideal.
Though it seems unlikely as it doesn't feel like the series has much awareness, especially with the under 40 crowd.

I think the second Alvin benefited from coming out a week after Avatar as it seemed to raise the whole box office.
Dorkside
It seems pretty obvious he won't announce his decision until after the World Cup so he can maximize the attention he receives.

Is there franchise fatigue already?
The seventh movie in 16 years doesn't really seem that soon for franchise fatigue.
Dorkside
They should really piss everyone off and hire them as co-head coaches.

What country wouldn't look a lot worse off if you discounted their hottest industry and 5 top companies?

These type of headlines are getting pretty annoying on nearly all sports subreddits as it's almost always left out that Nielsen completely changed how they measure live sports ratings this year so numbers are basically way up across the board for all sports.

You're clearly forgetting the major blowback from Stojko fans thinking it was a figure skating biopic.

Stranger Things had an animated spinoff come out a few weeks ago that would've bumped interest up again I imagine.

Gretzky retired in 1999 and until a few years ago you still had active NHLers who had played against him.
I don't think calling him a premature star is fair.
Dorkside
Where's Shorty? I can't remember the last time he wasn't calling a regular SportsNet game...
Dorkside
If it was rigged I don't see San Antonio being the market the NBA was that desperate to prop up.
Dorkside
They're singlehandedly propelling the popularity of the show.
Dorkside
That's a bit rich coming from a Lakers fan. It's hard for a lot of teams to keep or attract top players to less desirable markets which is a big factor in constructing a team.

Really disappointed Culkin didn't answer Julius "Caesar" with the Fallout pronunciation.
Down by 3 and not pulling the goalie or taking a timeout on an icing with 2 minutes to go... Not a fan of that choice.
