Why was my response deleted? u/dice1899 ‘s comment is factually incorrect at multiple points. The mother’s Presentence Hearing and Sentencing clearly shows that.

I’ve edited out the more explicit details. It was in no way, shape, or form “ambiguous.” The details are explicit and heartrending.

Per the Presentence and Sentencing transcript in the case against the mother, Leizza Adams, (on August 13, 2008) all parties involved knew it was ongoing and numerous times:

Q. […] did the Bishop have any further detail about what Paul Adams was doing with M-1?

A. […] He did. During the counseling session Paul Adams explained to Bishop Herrod […] he's done it numerous times.

Q. And that information was conveyed to Leizza Adams?

A. Yes, it was.

Q. Did Bishop Herrod understand that Leizza Adams was successful thereafter in keeping her kids away from him?

A. He believes that he was not. The counseling sessions continued with Paul Adams, to which Paul continued to explain that he was sexually assaulting his oldest daughter, M-1.
