Personally I typically just split vacations 50/50, but there are special occasions where one person would pay everything. And of course if one person is richer or just wants to treat, they can choose to and it will be recieved well. But an all expenses paid around the world tip isnt typical Serbian culture per se.

What the hell? Even if a loaf of bread costs a million dollars, who cares if you only need to work 3 minutes to earn that amount? Why would the nominal price even matter? Unless you think that we will be in some kind of economic crisis which makes real prices prohibitively expensive. But really it could go the other way around, we could have automated farming and universal basic income.

Contradicting yourself within the same sentence. Its literally either "you watch everyone around you die" aka only you were granted immortality or "population baloons to insane numbers" which means everyone was graned immortality. Both arguments are dumb, first because its simply a scenario which makes absolutetly no sense, and the second because; 1) people will still die due to other causes despite being biologically immortal 2) many will choose to pass away at their own time 3) we are currently facing a DEPOPULATION crisis in most of the developed world 4) space travel and habitation will be a thing soon. Why you decided to mix two dumb arguments into a logical fallacy I dont know

my biggest hangup though is memory, our brains already blur decades into vague impressions so what's 500 years gonna feel like, probably just a foggy mess where you can't even remember your parents' faces anymore

You are going to "forget" a lot, but also build up an insane collection of passive memories. That you can look back and cherish, obviously you will mostly actively be able to remember the absolute highlights. We will adapt and overcome memory issues with either cyborg solutions or just accepting the beauty of being in the moment (but simply having more of those moments)

Brother, no one skips over that part. You just named the five most cliche arguments ever. Literally we debunk them every single day. People dont even use their brain to think about realistic immortality scenarios but just parrot what movies tell them or use their knee jerk reaction (which leads to the funny contradictions as mentioned above).

Except medicine is generally speaking widely avaliable in the first world. Immortality doesnt come as a single treatment but is an medicinal revolution which happens over time, in waves. The poorest of the poorest may not have access to it, but believe it or not a first world grocery store worker might. The same way how if they were to get cancer they could get adequate treatment. (Yes, the USA is a big exception in the 1st world here, but technically he would still get treated with just a shti ton of debt).
