You might pass a bit aggressive and will only reinforce some of them in their hateful views though, but you have the right idea. Me semble que la logique est que les provinces rencontrent le fédéral ensemble (ce que si je comprends bien il a refusé?), se mettent d'accord sur un plan et les conditions. Puis le fédéral s'occupe des relations internationales. Oui le Québec a son mot à dire, mais pas à sauter par-dessus la chaîne hiérarchique. Pourquoi il serait plus là que les autres provinces ou les autres pays de l'UE?
