IMO it’s a big scam. The companies don’t have to keep pto on their books. I worked for a company for a while with unlimited pto and it was never clear to me how much time was appropriate. They said it was up to your manager, my manager took ample time but found reasons to deny mine. I ended up taking 6 days in a year (many other abusive things happened there this why I’m no longer there)I prefer knowing what my pto is and taking it as its part of my compensation,

I would have them show the tilt window. Most radiants will have some tilt windowing, but some are worse than others. Otherwise, it looks good!

It’s been good! I think I might have had a little rebound at first, but my redness overall has been so much better. She said we would know how it works after about 12 weeks and I’m right around that mark and even first thing in the morning, I have very little redness. So, overall it’s really worked well for me!

I tried the snail mucin and found it irritated my skin. I find the azelaic acid cream from The Ordinary is the most gentle for me. My derm also prescribed me Rhofade, it has helped a lot.

You can shop around give them examples of what you want. I’d recommend 10k gold right now to save money (gold prices are high right now) and see what prices they quote you.

Check out some of the oversees vendors, they should be able to make a custom setting for you within your budget. I think you could either mail them to set or can have a jeweler set it locally.
