How’s your stress and how’s your sleep?

I've got a shower mirror that's attached to the wall, it has an internal battery to keep the glass from fogging and also a rim light. I just shave my head with a razor every 2-3 days, takes about 8 minutes if I also shave my neck and edge my beard.

I think the main thing is that these days you can have an ongoing multi-year conversation with people via text. I talk to my partner, my family, and my friends all day by texting them. We share photos, videos, updates about what we’re up to, things that would likely have been too insignificant to call about. 

But with that said I still talk on the phone, it’s just mostly reserved for close people or important calls. And those important people know what I do for work and they know my schedule so they know when I’m available and when I’m not. Better yet, these people have access to me in person, and I’d much rather spend time with them in person than over the phone.

The reason casual phone calls are annoying to me, is that I’m usually busy either with work, my side business, taking care of my pets, taking care of farm animals, or just relaxing with whatever little time I have left. Talking on the phone means I have to stop whatever I’m doing and dedicate all of my attention to the call. I can’t brainstorm or troubleshoot whatever problem I’m trying to solve at work on my side business. That’s fine for my close group, because i make time them and they know when im free. But it’s not ok for random people.

If you use Safari, I’ve fixed this problem in my Safari extension. 

Just enable the “Redirect to old Reddit” option and it fixed a bunch of these annoyances. The specific on where it opens images in the new design was fixed a few days ago in my extension. Now it opens images in a plain new tab, just the image itself so you can easily go back to the thread you were reading/close the tab with the image.

If it’s any help, if you or anyone else uses Reddit in Safari, I built an extension that takes care of most of these things.

For example it can actually hide the upvote score and it can even hide the voting buttons completely. 

It also has a feature to block you from accessing Reddits main feeds, the main feeds and community feeds, or all feeds and even post pages. It can be tied into your Apple Focus modes like Work focus so that the setting automatically blocks you from doom scrolling during work, or during studying, etc.

I don’t think it’s a problem within Apple ID / iCloud users (which I’d assume every employee at Apple is). I’ve only had issues when sending an invite to a non-Apple id email.

Well technically I bought a $500 phone for a decade since I used iPhone Upgrade Program and I upgraded every year, which means I paid about half of the price of the phone every 12 months.

Dont get me wrong, I could still use their new upgrade program, and I could even buy it cash if I wanted to. That's not the problem.

What I'm saying is everything else including essentials are getting more expensive so people with disposable income are now choosing not to... dispose... of their income.

Not sure how the comment about poor countries is relevant at all. We're in the Apple Subreddit right? Apple devices and services are NOT essential.

Not only that but people are hurting financially overall.

I’ve upgraded my phone every single year for more than 10 years. 

This year was the first time that I didn’t. With the price of everything going up it’s hard to splurge on fun upgrades.

I'm super confused. Your "kid B" had his laptop's screen hinge broken so it has to recline against something. So you gave kid B your old xbox and bought him a TV?

Instead of getting him a new laptop or having the hinge repaired?

How would this fit into the lore of MM though? If the mask appears in the back of the Happy Mask Shop, then does that mean that the evil and powerful mask was present in Hyrule all along and it could have theoretically been used by Ganondorf or at least weaponized?

If im not mistaken, the salesman acquires the mask around the same time as Link left Hyrule as well, so technically the mask was never in Hyrule. It was stolen from the salesman by the skull kid in the forest soon after the salesman acquired the mask.

If the salesman took the mask back to Hyrule after the events of MM then that still wouldnt explain why the mask would be in the shop during the time of OoT. I GUESS it could be there in the adult timeline thanks to time travel but at that point the shop is already destroyed.

It'd just be kind of random to drop such an important artifact in a place it doesnt belong, even if it's technically from OoT's sequel.

It has a feature named Limits that can completely block you from accessing Reddit's website. It's also customizable, you can have it only block you from the main feeds (like Home/Popular/News), or also from community feeds (which would still let you access posts directly from google search results), or you can block ALL of Reddit.

Additionally you can integrate Protego Limits with Apple Focus modes so that, for example, Reddit is limited during your Work or Study focus but fully accessible when Focus is off.

I hadnt slept well for the past year and i just realized it was my mattress. I started sleeping in the guest room and suddenly i only wake up once in the middle of the night (sometimes zero!!!) and i usually wake up with zero neck, shoulder, and back pain.

My old mattress is memory foam and apparently the foam itself has degraded to the point that it sags after a few minutes of laying on it. So while i'm sleeping i was sagging in the middle which caused my back/shoulders/neck to slouch on my pillow.

I had already tried 4 different types of pillows from ultra thin to thick, to soft, to firm, and that didnt help. I already sleep with the room pitch black, cold, and my sleep hygiene is not the best but it's better than most.

Guess i'll need to buy a new mattress.

That's because they released it on a handheld with 3" and 3.5" screens.

Majora's Mask is my all time favorite game. I have a full back Zelda tattoo, a Zelda arm sleeve, and another on my leg.

So i'm a Zelda fan through and through... but i did not buy a 3DS to play Majora's Mask (a worse version than the original at that) on a tiny screen with horrible resolution just for the 3D gimmick.

I also wasnt interested in OoT3D for the same reason.

The remake of OoT is worth the money to me and it's an actual game console (though yes, it's also portable) that supports 4K graphics. If they remake Majora's Mask i'll be first in line to play it.

If only we had press and journalists to these people out and shove a camera and microphone in their phase and ask them why they refuse to debate their opponents.

That's what i said though, they announced it at WWDC (the developer conference) just not during the main keynote. Why would they mention changes to app store connect's requirements in the main keynote?
