It is frustrating that my squat is lagging behind my deadlift a lot. I am tempted to change my form because I might be leaving weight on the table. My bench still needs a lot of work since I really only started benching seriously this past few months.

Thanks! Deadlifts weren't that taxing to me and I never had sore lower back from a deadlift day. I do, however, have grip issues. At the top of the lift, the bar is usually not on my palms but rather hanging onto my fingers. Though, I am curious to see what my numbers would be if I do sumo.

ok so, ive got two great deals for a 1440p 144 hz monitor and a 4k 60hz monitor which are both 27’ . im currently using a 27’ 1080p 75 hz (i know its bad) and would like to do a dual monitor setup. my pc is abt 5 yrs old now and its ran by a ryzen 5 2600 and an rx 580 8gb.

i’m wondering whether i should keep my current monitor and choose between the two monitors that i bought recently, or keep both new monitors and ditch my 1080p 27’. i dont game as much before but i play a game ofvalorant a day. what are ur thoughts? the 1440p monitor costs me $170 and the 4k display costs me $200.

i don't have any gripes artwise. the paneling and framing is one of the best that i've seen from any manwha. during fights, it really feels like there is damage that is being done and the impact can be felt. the fights make sense and are not cluttered because of the lack of background details and in turn, makes the flow of the fights smooth.
