It brings me so much comfort to know someone else has this level of rage regarding their triggers. I know that's a part of misophonia but I feel it so extremely that I've always felt ashamed of it. So I feel better knowing I'm not the only one.

I have severe misophonia for whistling. My entire family since I could speak doesn't whistle around me because of how severe it is. And they genuinely apologize when they forget if they haven't been around me for a while. I have so many medical issues and this is the one thing my entire family, extended family and friends fully understands and respects. Likely because they've seen my extreme reactions my entire life.

I didn't even know about misophonia until a few years ago so I had no idea it had a name. I don't even know if any of my family knows just because it never came up because it's so ingrained for them that it doesn't come up.

If my entire, very stubborn, extended family can do this for well over 30 years. Your husband can, too. What an monumental asshole he is.

THIS. I would love for the next person that interviews her to go rouge from prep and ask her about him. Too bad no one has the courage.

Effective-Bus

This got me so good. I can't stop giggling

Effective-Bus

I agree completely. Im rewatching season 2 for probably the 70th time and I still laugh out loud. The delivery and timing is impeccable.

Oh my god I didn't know about the "you eat crayons" one and I'm so delighted now

Often for immediate family they let you go in before or after everyone is there. Perhaps coordinate so that he can go pay his respects to his brother at one of these times, but then must leave and you can go. Like just so he can go in and out and pay his respects.

You would probably need this on paper as I doubt he would leave once he was there. Maybe contact the police ahead of time and they can escort him in and out if he doesn't comply.

He's been monstrous, but it would be good for him to be able to see his brother. So maybe you can do something like this. It wouldn't be during the official hours so it wouldn't interfere with your experience. You don't go until he's gone and that way the TRO isn't violated by you or dropped.

The original post wasnt being okay with it. Both actors have acknowledged a ton that it wasnt appropriate. They shouldn't have to do so every time.

Like they should still be able to enjoy that experience. It would be different if they never said anything or thought it was fine, but they don't and havent. They are promoting a movie they're in and did a thing. They should be able to post that without so much hate she feels forced to take it down AND make a second video to restate what she's said repeatedly about the story line and relationship. Like this just isn't it.

The other actors that portrayed couples on the show do stuff together. These two, who remain good friends, should be able to do this without this intense a backlash. Riverdale and Dawson's Creek had teacher/student relationship story lines. Even though the former and PLL aren't that long ago, we've still come a long way. So I think there condemnation and acknowledgement doesnt need to be in everything they do together as friends. It's still a huge part of their lives. I just think there's bigger fish to fry than coming for these actors like this. If the comments on the first post have so much vitriol that it's deleted in hours then maybe those people should spend that time, energy and passion where it can actually change the things they're angry about.

I think there's some ambiguity here but overall your interpretation of the lease is more supported by how it's written.

Definitely take screenshots of the entire listing, including any wording and all pictures (obviously the ones of the yard and with your things are the most important, but get everything). Internet archive the url. The more evidence you have the better. Take pictures of where you put all the fence stuff. If you took any photos of the fence before you took it down do not get rid of those. If there is any clear demarcations of where the fence was, like a mark on the ground left from it or anything that indicates where it was, document that. Take pictures from many angles and make sure to add a tape measure to clearly demonstrate how much of your yard the fence took.

The last part is important because if you have proof that it took up so much of your yard that helps your case in many ways, but it speaks to the landlord operating in bad faith. You weren't notified, the super wasn't notified, and it wasn't evenly divided between the apartments.

IMPORTANT- I don't know how you communicate with your super, but if you can text or email him (it's important to have it in writing) you should ask again about whether he put it up. You don't want to put your super in a position to screw over your landlord because he may lie instinctively. So if you can be super casual about it and just clarify. Like as simple as, hey x, you said you didnt put up the fence, right? And if he asks why or something then say you have a question about the material or where you should put the pieces. Don't go further than that and just say thank you. If you can get that recorded then that's really good documentation for you as well. Just don't screw him over or yourself over by telling him why you're asking again.

Document everything. If you had that convo w the super in writing then don't ask again and make sure to save it. If you have any prior email exchanges with the real estate agent/broker and/or the landlord re the backyard then grab that. See if any phrasing or characterizations of it help your case. From this point forward get everything in writing.

If you're in person then record. NYC is a single party recording state. So you dont have to tell the other party you're recording unless they ask. You can still lie but if you do then you cant use the recording for any legal purposes and that will defeat the purpose entirely. You just want to protect yourself by documenting. When push comes to shove people will lie to serve their needs if it's not documented.

It's a shit situation but I wish you luck in navigating it :)

I feel like Jonathan's take is inspired by Darin's life story. So the emotional application isn't just for Bobby Darin performing, but to what is happening in his personal life and what he's experiencing. It feels like more of an interpretation to me. Jeremy sounds fantastic and it's emotionally evocative. It feels more like performing as Bobby Darin rather than embodying Bobby Darin's experience and singing from that place.

They both have reasons to listen to them. I'm not saying one is better than the other. I like Jeremy's more to just listen to probably, but I would rather watch Jonathan's on stage, if that makes sense.

Edit to clarify- Bobby first. I took that as a given so much that I didn't think to add that to my comment.

I mean he's tight with Mike Huckabee (or was before he died... I think he died) and puts a lot of money behind people like this. His observation can be correct and he may be a gruff communicator, but his time and money is spent with people that are deeply misogynistic and hate women. So I give him less of the benefit of the doubt over how he communicates with her. However, I've seen a lot of House husbands speak way worse even if what they're saying is true. So I agree in the grand scheme this isn't horrible. I just think the context of who he is matters in dissecting how he speaks to a woman and a woman that is his wife in a marriage that has a significant power imbalance.

You were in a hospital. They can accurately estimate the strength much better than any AI. Instead of having official records you just have your AI search. That's why people are rightfully giving you shit. I get panicking but you were literally with EMTs and then doctors and nurses.

You also can do simple math to figure it out on your own.

How can you ask AI about a compounding error and saying you were given too much? None of what you're saying makes sense and it's because you relied on AI. You needed to rely on medical and emergency personnel. AI isn't encyclopedic knowledge or accurate. It's curated by what it ingests. You need accuracy. It can't have any idea about your own dose, etc.

It takes a simple search engine to look up OD symptoms. That's all you had to do and bring the medication and then talk to the people there who could actually sort through it with you. It's not a mystery why no lawyers are taking your case.

Edit- I want to edit to add that this is a genuinely terrifying experience and I'm very sorry you had it. Ketamine absolutely impacts your heart rate, etc. I would recommend not doing it at home. I say the above things because I'm responding to the bulk of your post which is about the pharmacy and your response to it, not the experience itself. But sincerely that is so scary for you and your partner and I'm sorry you went through that. My advice is more in the vein of how you can help yourself in the future. I would get your records from the visit and absolutely contact the pharmacy and get to the bottom of it. You have every right to your information as the patient. Read your Mindbloom contract and see what it says in there regarding something like this. I think many of us are responding to what your focus was on the post. But it's important to acknowledge what happened to you. Be well!

For the reasons everyone mentioned but also because you're making a big deal over adding a chair to an 8 person table. They may be humans but they're in first grade. Kids squish into things all the time and there is no way you can't comfortably fit 9 children around an 8 human adult person table. It's a bit dramatic and seems like you're coming up with reasons to reinforce why you think you shouldn't have to invite her kid.

Also that stuff in goodie bags, and the goodie bags themselves, are terrible for the planet. You didn't describe anything with the goodies or the bags being something you spent time on or made special or any reason why it would truly be challenging to get more stuff. It sounds also like it's just the bags in the pack of 8, not the items. Regardless, it's likely very cheap as is the nature of those things and it's not going to kill you to buy another thing of bags.

Don't blame your kid for your error and don't try to make lame excuses to then exclude the kid. It seems like pride on your part to be obstinate about it. Just explain it to her like an adult and that you're sorry for the misunderstanding. Own the faux pau and invite her kid. Don't pass off blame to your kid and make it permanently awkward between the children and yourself and the other mother. Parents can be cliquey and something this small could socially impact your kid in the future, and as truly stunted and ridiculous as that is, it's true. So don't die on this hill you created for yourself.

Own up, communicate clearly, don't blame your kid, invite the other kid, buy another set of goodie bags, add another chair. There's no principle here that you're rightfully standing up for other than some stand you've made in your head to justify your own error. Be humble. Take it in stride as a learning moment.

That behavior from your sister is pathological and diabolical. Oof.

Real talk- You're doing the right thing. You have no idea what she may be saying to your daughter (even if she is very young). She may be acting like she's her mom especially if she's having time w Jake when he has custody.

Your mom telling you to get over it is as crazy and arguably worse than your sister's.

I'm sorry you've been treated this way. You must feel very violated and betrayed. I hope you have sane family members and friends you can lean on for support.

I feel like in this hellscape dystopian scenario the only answer is kill Jill, shag Jenn Shah and marry Bethenney.

Like it's horrible but every other scenario is somehow worse.
