I think she look amazing for $50. Getting the face right is already rare for this price range.

Unsolicited advice but did you do any color grading in post or use custom camera white balance? The red in the background overwhelmed her red accents

Just copy other people or whatever you find interesting and you'll get better over time.
If you have a decently new phone you just need better lighting. Photo below was taken with a 2018 google pixel 3 and 2 desk lamps to each side.

No dollfie are usually 1/3 or 1/4. This one is standard DD at 60cm tall with high heels

The 25x32in bookshelf is $30, dowel also sold at walmart for .75 each. Just need to drill some holes and rearrange the shelves. I plan to make doors out of acylic or foam board but the odd size mean I have to get larger sheets so still in the planning phase
