I’m 55 with a lot of genetic quirks and I’m in pain nearly everyday but I’m still kinda pretty and I feel like I have a few more decades left just because I’m too stubborn to die! There’s still things I wanna learn how to do and places I wanna go! Movement is the key if you start moving you get old

I spray hydrogen peroxide on my sheets and let them air dry in mornings and then in the afternoon, I’ll spray a light linen spray. Let it dry for 30 minutes under the fan and then I’ll make the bed for nighttime and wash your sheets at least weekly with that many people and animals you mean to wash sheets twice weekly.
