The 2 action version is standard fireball damage with worse range and area. Bypassing resistance and immunity is usually better done by just using cold or electricity damage, but Force damage is nice Vs incorporeal creatures so very much has it's niche.
1 action is half the actions for half the damage and is still technically AoE for swarm weaknesses. As is typical of 1 action spells it's not good numerically but you can cast it the same turn as another spell.
3 actions is interesting, the damage is worse than 3 action Force Bolt of the same rank, but AoE. The thing is that generally you avoid a save with Force Bolt because you're against a single high level enemy with high saves, and you don't care about AoE in that scenario. Whereas against multiple lower level foes, where AoE shines, you can generally expect failed saves because you out level them.
I suppose it could have a use against lower level creatures with really good reflex saves, but you're likely better off hitting them in the fort or will.

Wow, Ember is really good at carving pumpkins.
Electric999999
The demon teddy is a nice touch.
Electric999999
A prince rumoured to gave reached it, those rumours are almost certainly untrue, noone could hold that title without doing something that drops their humanity too low.

Bad rolls can screw anyone over, but that doesn't mean making a character who is mechanically good at what they're supposed to be good at doesn't work.
It's particularly important to PCs because you're going to play many sessions with that character, certainly enough for the randomness to average out.

I think the difference with drugs is that they're addicts, addicts will basically never choose to change, because they're literally addicted. Forcing it onto them is the only way they'll ever sober up.
On top of that, drug addicts are a problem for everyone around them, rather than just their own health, so it's far less acceptable to just leave them to it.

I think he'll be fine honestly, it'll just take an extra second to melt enemies, and while getting close might be an issue, he can just use a gatling laser.

By far the most common effect, and the reason you need this, is the Summoner being knocked unconscious, either by damage or by things like Drow Poison or a Deep Slumber spell.
Smart enemies will know to take out the summoner instead of bothering with the Eidolon, this stops that from working.
Electric999999
Pretty much mandatory if you don't want to lose your Eidolon whenever you get knocked out, be it from damage or a Sleep effect.
If you're relying on your Eidolon you probably aren't getting much use out of those summon monster uses anyway, since they only work when it's not present, 3+cha mod is plenty of daily uses for this item.

I hope she can save those books.
Electric999999
The real monsters are the ones not letting Keit season her food.
Electric999999
That's a pretty uncommon condition.
Electric999999
Pearls aren't that good, much rather have crab.
Electric999999
Because ironically for a game where the Prisoner having free will is important, you really only ever have two options for quests: don't bother doing them, or go along with everything the NPC tells you to.
Electric999999
Limited to the Perform action it's more suitable for a level 1 ancestry feat noone actually takes than your level 17 ancestry capstone. Changing it would be a great idea.
Electric999999
That just sounds like it would actually be a good feat with the right build, as opposed to being completely worthless when limited to the Perform action.
Electric999999
Only with those, a lot of Forced Movement effects are neither and therefore don't help with snares.
Electric999999
You're explicitly told not to let people combine martials and combining casters had very little benefit. As such you should expect everyone to be a caster+martial combo. If someone combines two casters instead they'll be behind as they gain very little from that.
Every character is therefore likely to end up with good saves, good armour and good hp.
They will all be able to use buff spells far more effectively than any existing caster. At the same time thanks to two key attributes and full progression for all proficiencies they'll actually be able to use offensive spells well too (unlike a Warpriest or Magus).
Action economy is still a serious limitation, but classes with good action compression will really shine, something like Flurry of Blows or Overwhelming Combination+2 action spell is very strong.
Electric999999
Don't forget that most forced movement doesn't even let you move the enemy into snares.
Electric999999
No, because that would be really stupid.
Electric999999
Imprecise senses aren't mechanically useful, because anything they do can be done with the imprecise hearing every character has by default.
Electric999999
Comedy is bad for bards, no item bonuses means you can't push it as high.
Extinction Curse does not really have much use for Circus Lore.
Electric999999
Extinction Curse is infamous for how irrelevant the circus becomes, Circus Lore will not help you.
Electric999999
Clown is genuinely bad though. Circus lore is basically useless as described and comedy is a bad choice of performance as you can't boost it with items and you really need that boost so you can make your Bard focus spells work (the only non-bard use for performance is Dance based)
Not sure if Elizabeth is crazy enough to be a marauder. She could just be a construct with a Time based Enhancement built into her biology.
