Yep, you are soooo abnormal... that's what you want us to say to you, right?
You know you are fine, don't waste your and our time, please

At this point it's Japanese people bring dense, no one needs to bf a genius to understand different countries have different laws and values

You shouldn't beat yourself up because sometimes your condition make difficult or even impossible for you to do some stuff with your kids. Illnes exist, always did and they will be there with us, humans, for many more years. Kids having parents with a medical condition it's not something new, as long as you love your kids they will be okay and have a good childhood.
Maybe I'm to brusque and English it's not my first tongue so I gonna talk to you like I would do with someone if my culture, if you in-laws are dumb there's much you can do about that, I get not understanding everything that Hashimoto does because this crap is really creative at the time of messing with one's body...but it's not nuclear physics to get "autoimmune conditions=being tired". So my only advice is to try not to give that much importance to what dumb people think.

The problem with your argument is that every person in the world regardless of whether they have an autoimmune condition or not will lost 20 pound and have more energy if they cut sugar and reduce the gluten intake (that nowadays is mostly in refined flour). So that argument is less about gluten and sugar being bad for people with Hashimoto and more about sugar and refined flour is generally bad for everyone

You know what reduce my stress? eating pasta or a sandwich without being paranoid of whether that is gonna make my thyroid worse. And the part about eating less ultra processed stuff is like really cultural, where I live most stuff are not ultra processed...and not eating ultra processed is good for everyone so it's kinda obvious that if you shouldn't eat that being completely healthy you should eat that even less if you have a chronic condition.

Secretive and manipulative are practically are the adults around nine years old kids...my mom and grandmother used to speak in another language in front of me and they weren't even saying important stuff.

It's a mistake, the comment was wrote by a child, a person without a good forma education or it was written bad on purpose to be funny. There are a few words and circumstances in which writing bad Spanish is a meme or just a way to be funny

You have to understand that people is not interested in being use by you so you can practice a language. Don't get me wrong. It would be awesome if they were nice enough to help you but if they don't want to... that's their right

Caffeine is a really personal thing, for example for my mom, my sister and me caffeine has no effect in our body, we drink it mostly for the taste. I can drink a coffee and go to sleep twenty minutes later like nothing and my body doesn't seem to react in any relevant way.
You should try, see how your body reacts

Maybe what I'm saying is obvious...but to make a thyroid ultrasound to make sure you don't have some tangible damage could be a good idea.

I think in Spanish, at least here in Argentina, it's more vague, we don't use a specific word, just things like "darse cuenta" or "ser consciente" of one's behaviour

I mean... I'm usually the first to say that people in this subreddit is to negative. But those are byproducts of Hashimoto because Hashimoto make way easier to have big vitamins deficiency. And swollen extremities is a normal symptom in many autoimmune conditions. Of course it depends on the medication, but you only realised you need a bigger dose after you began feeling weak, tired, swollen and by the time yo D, B12, and hemoglobin, at least in my case, are low too.
But I do agre that even with those symptoms this condition is not that big of a deal, if my reality if feeling a bit tired than most people and having to take vitamins, and maybe having another autoinmune condition (this still not sure but possible in my case), it's not gonna stop me for living and doing whenever the hell I want. Tiredness and swollen extremities is not the worse thing that can happen to a person

You need to stop thinking other languages will be like yours. In Spanish we differentiate bleu in two categories, there's no more to that, it is just that way. A bug part of learning a language is to stop trying to force that tongue to be like yours, to be humble and open to learn that language/culture's categories. It happened to me when I was learning English (I'm still learning as you never stop learning a foreign tongue), words like "toddler" doesn't have a direct translation to Spanish and it's not a concept we have, for as is either "bebé" or "niño". I had to make the work to understand what exactly count as a toddler and what's culturally undertood in English as toddler related.
