I've packed my lunch since I was 8.

My favorite lunch as a teen was a juice box, ham sandwich, yogurt, and orange.

Idk I don't get it either. I think a lot of the people panic. They likely didn't spend a lot of their lives in Virginia/DC or they've never known anyone with a clearance. Bc boy I knew people when I was in HS and college who definitely said things like "I'm going to have a clearance one day so you can never tell anyone I did (insert drug here)". It's like dude, why you're telling me then? Based on where they work on LinkedIn these days a lot of them likely do.

I haven't noticed a difference. I've fluctuated up and down 40lbs and it hasn't mattered.

As with a lot of things if someone has the right connections on their side, the rules/laws don't matter.

We could point fingers at Pete Hegseth (excessive alcohol) or Elon Musk (multiple different accusations of multiple different drugs) as possible examples.

Is this supposed to be how we think gen z uses these or how we personally use them?

The wording of the questions is inconsistent and the 3rd person usage makes it seem like it's asking what I think gen z thinks.
