I ended Saturday with 2090 (technically 2890 with the CA check in bonus) by only doing 2 azelfs and getting all the particles I could collect.

Went into Sunday with that many to farm sneasels.

There is so many ways for you to find parties to communicate and ensure you can do the raids. Not just diving in with people you didn’t even talk to.

There are apps, websites, discord servers, talking to people on Reddit before the event and making a party.

Or keep joining randoms and have what happened to OP’s mom keep happening.

People, please stop joining random DMax lobbies. Legendary pokemon are not easy and people will back out. A lot also didn’t know about private lobby, or didn’t get with their friends so a random joining remotely gets ditched.

If 4 people are in a DMax lobby, the count down goes to 20, so people don't have a lot of time to look at levels at bail without it being "last second".

Plus the game takes time to update they left, so if they left at 20 seconds, it might not show until 10 seconds.

If you can find who sent the message you can clear it. While it doesn't show in the app, it shows as a notification. But if you removed that, then you have to see if you can find the random person who sent you.

I have had it happen a few times, and it was just gotta deal with it or find the message.

You need to get closer to the gym to raid those. IT's in person (green/orange passes) only.

If they do not have a lease with the landlord but the person living with them, it’s not LTB. The blurry lines that might need someone else to say is that since you are taking over, it becomes weird.

The originally person should have dealt with this when they decided to move. Would have saved you a headache. I’m pretty sure you are correct, since it’s non-LTB to non-LTB rental with the lease holder change.
