Wanting smooth frame rates is extreme autist? I love how people hate 30fps until their glaze title of the year comes out at 30fps.

Mainly differences in louder fan profiles that target lower temps on the performance switch that you can tune yourself anyway, try it on the Performance or OC mode and if its too loud then use the silent switch and if then the temps are getting too high tune the fan profile with either afterburner or an app called Fan Control(also controls system fans too) to be in between the Perf mode and Silent mode. That way you're in the goldilocks zone for temps and sound likely although that depends on how the fans are designed, some cards have fans that are good at cooling and sound at lower RPMs but not as much at the higher RPMs.

MSI afterburner, take a look at guides on youtube. There are many ways to get a good end result but generally find the point at which your GPU is unstable and crashes and do -75mhz at the same voltage then test stability in a longer gaming session that stresses the GPU, preferably RT loads that tend to draw more power.
If you have 3D Mark full version(can get it from key sellers for like $5) then Port Royal is a good RT based bench that can be used for tweaking RT stability. I'll post my graph curve so you have a reference, my OC is quite mild for stability so if your card can do more then try it out.
I also have an undervolt profile that draws around 140w for around -5% stock performance, I use that profile when the weather gets hot if I need to do anything on my PC or when I'm playing a game that isn't very demanding (no AC, electricity is really expensive here too).

Just turn textures down from ultra one notch down and you'll be good. Pretty much imperceptible quality loss with texture quality going from max to the next setting down.
Also you can get more performance by undervolting and overclocking. I have my 5070 hitting 7900xt stock performance from a 5 minute OC to 3.15ghz and UV to 1.025v.

Lol bro needs to justify wasting $500 on a shit tech, it should be fucking flawless especially that its supposed to replace single stack. I don't care if you can't see it with whatever shit use case or shit eyes you have, if its a problem then its a problem and signifies the tech isn't mature yet.

And yet you're on a monitor subreddit giving out bad info to someone asking for help, If you don't have time to do research then stop using Reddit comments as you're about as useful and trustful as an AI that spews misinformation.

If you're an uninformed shareholder that only understands bigger number better and doesn't understand that there are big drawbacks to motion stability and latency with fake frames then on paper the logic is sound lol.

Bro would rather die on a hill defending jittery 30fps than to just say it looks bad and move on lol. Nothing elitist, just that 30fps is completely unplayable so how the fuck do you expect me to play that shit? If I was going to look at a slideshow I'd open up powerpoint and not a game lmfao. I even pointed to 45FPS being a solution but nah, gotta defend muh billion dollar companies that only use you as a way to make money.
