Lol! The sponsored content you see in apple app store and the ads you see in apple tv, apple news, do you they those are random ads? They harvest your data and serve you personalized ads just like how meta, google, amazon and so many of big tech does. Stop being so naive and fall for their "Privacy" marketing! All big tech are the same!
ExaminationAny9939
So damn true! I dont get some of these idiots with their iPhone, a google account and an Amazon account thinking these companies dont harvest their data for personalized ads. Apple has an ad platform and literally uses all your search data, preferences and other data in their ecosystem to serve you ads in app store, apple tv etc. And on top of that, they market "Privacy". Bullshit! All big tech are the same! And that's okay as these are public companies and not a charity. They need to make money!
ExaminationAny9939
+1 . Cancelled other paid subscriptions. Muse limits are too generous and is a fantastic day to day agent!
ExaminationAny9939
Thats crazy!
ExaminationAny9939
Bruh 💀💀

I dont think you have used the browser use feature before. I think both open AI and claude have something similar where the AI gives and takes control of the browser based on when sensitive information is involved. Muse hasn't reinvented the wheel or anything!
And like I said, for me all big tech are the same. The reason is I have an iPhone, mac and airpods is not because I believe in apple s privacy marketing. I know they are full of shit when I see relevant ads in the app store, apple news and apple tv. The reason i use them is they have an amazing ecosystem with great products which android doesnt seem to match. (I have an android phone too btw)
Similarly for me, muse has been amazing for what it can do compared to other AI apps. It is a great PRODUCT for me. Tomorrow open AI/anthropic releases something better and different from muse which gives me and my family value, guess where I am flocking!
I am not loyal to a company. Its not like any of these companies pay me or anything. I am loyal to what provides me value.
ExaminationAny9939
Yeah. Seems like US and Canada only right now

The things I have currently shared with my muse is my Gmail and my apple health data. Google anyways read my emails and apple already has my apple health data. And tbh, I have shared more sensitive information with google and apple as I use apple pay and google pay.
When it comes to full control, atleast from my experience of filling out a banking form with muse through its computer use feature, when the banking form asked about SSN and other bank account numbers I have, muse told me take control of the browser and fill those myself as muse doesnt want me to share sensitive information with muse which was pretty cool. The way I see it, my involvement in filling the banking form was just typing the sensitive information myself and the final submit at the last step and muse doing the rest of the annoying work of filling my email, my address and those annoying checkboxes in these forms.
Currently I dont have confidence in doing any transactions with muse with real money as when it comes to real money, I am usually very cautious about any kind of automation. But for rest of these annoying tasks where the risk of anything bad happening is low, I am more than happy that an agent is doing all of that for me!

Blud, you do realize all big tech is cut from the same cloth right? Apple, google, meta, amazon! All are the same!
Apple being the biggest hypocrites where it has all this privacy marketing and it uses all your activity in their ecosystem to serve you personalized ads which makes them $5-10 billion dollar a year.
Google, meta are the same. They know all about you and your mom and serve you personalized ads on that.
Amazon again collects data from your interaction on their app and serves you relevant ads based on that. I dont know if you have heard about the new kid in the block, AppLovin! Similar business model.
And tbh I dont blame these companies. All these big tech are public companies. They need to make money. They are not running a charity. For me, if a company is providing me/my family value, I use it. Simple as that!
ExaminationAny9939
I just prompted it to call my insurance with the specific task and it did it. But from the comments in this thread, it looks like that feature isn't rolled out to everyone and will be coming soon!
ExaminationAny9939
Lol I wish 😅 Yo zuck, send some cash my way please 😂😂
ExaminationAny9939
Muse user! It has been super amazing for me! It was able to place a phone call on my behalf and talk to my insurance company and get work done! Whaaattttt! I was mind blown.
Tbh, I feel all big tech are the same! Meta, apple, google, openAI! Everyone cut from the same cloth. They care about their profits and they should. They are public companies. They are not running a charity.
Did you know apple uses your data and your searches on your iPhone and serves you app store ads that brings them $5-10 billion dollars a year! They are the biggest hypocrites as all of their marketing is privacy focused while parallelly they have their own ad platform and they use your data to personalize ads on app store! I dont blame them. They are just playing the game just like other companies!
Google meta are the same! They have all your information and they serve personalized ads!
So I have stopped caring about the biased reporting from all these media outlets. Something provides me value, I use it!
ExaminationAny9939
Realistically, I dont think they can scale this feature if they depend on human in the loop. The cost of having a human in the loop is quite large if they end up getting a massive customer base. If they release this feature to everyone, I would imagine they would have solved this with no human in the loop.
ExaminationAny9939
That feeling is so surreal! I totally get it! It is that annoying little task that is in the back of your mind that you need to do but it is just downright annoying to do and here comes an assistant that just DOES it!
Yup! Kudos to Meta! This is what AI should be doing! Makes our lives easier and better!
ExaminationAny9939
Looks like it is slowly getting rolled out.
ExaminationAny9939
Yeah! I still couldn't believe it did that! It just reminded me of all those hours I have wasted in the past trying to get to human on the other end (sometimes literally hours when asking for flight refunds) and now muse just does all the annoying work!
ExaminationAny9939
Ah interesting. I just asked it to place the call for me and it did. Not sure if they are slow rolling it out or something.
Maybe ask muse if it can place the call on your behalf. It it says no, see if there is a pending update available on play store/app store
ExaminationAny9939
Ah! So I basically told muse to call my insurance company on my behalf and then hand over the call to me once it finds a human representative. It basically has a human voice (you can choose male or female) it will use to talk when placing the call on your behalf. Maybe ask muse to do the call on your behalf, give it your task and maybe it will do the task for you.
ExaminationAny9939
It's feels so surreal when it achieves these tasks. The things I used to hate doing like stay on the phone with customer care rep, fill out paper work and other annoying stuff, muse JUST DOES IT!
ExaminationAny9939
Would you trust apple and google instead? Wake up! All big tech are the same! Apple uses your data in their ecosystem to serve you ads and google does the same with Adwords. You want to support a goody good company, go support patagonia or something but dont be delusional about other big tech not doing the same thing as meta!
ExaminationAny9939
These look amazing! Can't wait to get my hands on them! $1299 was surprisingly low! I thought it would be $1500+! I dont think meta is making any money on this!
ExaminationAny9939
This would be information you knowingly/unknowingly shared with the agent. Might be access to text messages, cookies on your phone or browser across devices. Of course I can't pin point as I don't know what you have knowingly/unknowingly shared but I can confidently say it's not eavesdropping your phone calls. Otherwise there are enough smart developers out in the wild who can try to reverse engineer and try to find a trail about this and sue the absolute shit out of these tech companies for billions!
ExaminationAny9939
You do realize if facebook/google or anything of these big tech companies actually listened to your phone calls without your permission, these CEOs would be in jail right? The recommendation algorithms are just bloody good at recommending stuff from information knowingly/unknowingly that you share with them. These are private companies and not governments.
Btw if you do think they listen to your phone conversations, prove it and you will literally have a billion dollar payday with all the lawsuits you can slap on them.

Do you think they have a spreadsheet of info about users which they are selling to marketers? That is illegal btw and a company can literally be sued for a billions for knowingly exposing user identifiable data. Do you know how digital marketing on meta or any of these big tech companies work?
All these big tech companies have information about your preferences from your activity on their platform. Eg: Facebook has data on the content you like, amazon has info on things you purchase or browse, apple has info on your searches and thing you watch on apple TV or consume on apple news.
Now marketers like eg: philips comes to these big tech and tell I want to place ads on your platform but show it only to the relevant people who will buy my products. Big tech based on all the data they collected about you will show you the Phillips ad if your recent activity history involves searching for a trimmer or bulbs or something like that. This way no user identifiable information leaves the big tech platform.
Exposing phone numbers and address of users is illegal and if you can prove meta or any other big tech does it, feel free to sue them. You ll have a billion dollar payday
