When I was 25, I went to my GP with classic symptoms of Hypothyroidism and was told it was “stress”. A quick google search and subsequent labs (upon my request) confirmed my suspicion a couple weeks later. It’s a disease afflicting around 1/3 of females starting at my age. This is the first of several times in life I’ve had to push and shove just for basic labs. It has nothing to do with being seen, it has to do with arrogant doctors who can’t be bothered to acknowledge and treat symptoms that seem minor on paper but affect the patient’s whole life. It’s a lack of empathy and depersonalization.

I like to host parties with family and friends and it’s a thankless job. It can be really rewarding but also makes you sad when you obviously aren’t the highest priority, but the fact is: it happens. We all have to cancel sometimes; however, I don’t tolerate chronically anti-committal friends for long.
After being burned a couple times, I now keep a spreadsheet of attendees and get buy-in from MVPs from the start. I send out invites to everyone and see who else can join. I don’t count Maybe’s as Yes’ and I have a hard cut off date for RSVPs. From there, you’ll always have someone who can’t get sick so I tend to purchase just enough cake and food for bare minimum and that’s only ever resulted in less leftover - nobody ever starves. GOOD LUCK!

10 days is nothing when you consider all the damage that could’ve been done during that “one time” she was caught that was actually 1000 times she wasn’t caught. Really a shame. I don’t believe that her mother passed from a drunk driving incident because once you feel that loss you would NEVER be able to put that on another person.

You only say that because you are a degenerate who thinks Reddit is just for porn.
