Pawchive describes itself as a public archiver. People were upset when Kemono is dead, yet now automation used for archiving is being treated as inherently malicious. The issue should be abusive request rates, not the fact that software is accessing an archive.

Putting a CAPTCHA in front of an API is just weird, if there is a abuse, just rate limit them instead
